The Aquabats

Since their beginnings as a zany ska unit in the mid-nineties, Los Angeles County's the Aquabats have been lauded for helping energize a fresh wave of ska-punk alongside such figures as the Mighty Mighty Bosstones.

Dressed in matching masks and colored costumes inspired by Adam West's Batman from the sixties, they shift between exuberant ska to playful, punky indie rock.
