The Simon & Garfunkel Story continues to stun audiences across the globe. Using huge projections and original film footage, the international hit show tells the story of the origins and meteoric rise of Simon & Garfunkel blended together seamlessly with a full live band performing all the hits including “Mrs Robinson”, “Cecilia”, “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, “Homeward Bound” and many more.
The City Hall has 6 seating areas available for every show for wheelchair users. It is necessary for wheelchair seating to be booked in advance. Please contact the box office on 0191 2612606.
Any customer booking a wheelchair seat will receive comprehensive information on access to the City Hall and it's facilities when booking. Access to the box office is via College Street and is fully accessible. There is no access to the Concert Bar and refreshment area for wheelchair users. Where customers are unable to access these areas due to ambulatory difficulties, a drinks service is provided by the City Hall. Members of staff are available and can take drink orders and arrange for then to be brought to the foyer/auditorium, on request. There is no lift access to the balcony. Accessible toilet available in the foyer.
