Since the acclaimed 2019 debut EP ‘Summer 3000’, his unique and jazzy lo-fi mixture of ALT-R&B, pop and indie/alternative, combined with honest and emotional lyrics about sadness, longing and self-doubt, has made Hannes become one of Scandinavia’s most interesting artists.

After a Swedish Grammy nomination for his 2021 EP 'When the City Sleeps’, a win in the category 'Video of the Year' at the Swedish Independent Music Awards and a sold-out 2022 spring tour, Hannes followed up a rarely seen success with the massive single ’Stockholmsvy'; The song whose two chords and melancholic melody hardly could have escaped anyone. During that same summer, he also did a few selected shows at Sweden's biggest festivals Lollapalooza and Way Out West, where the audience spread far beyond the stages’ capacities.
